View this session here. Scott Phillips is the Assistant Deputy Director for Ohio’s Department of Developmental Disabilities in the Major Unusual Incident (MUI) Registry Unit. He has worked in the I/DD field for over 30 years. During his career, Scott has worked with the Columbus City Prosecutor’s Office, managed ICF residential programs, provided statewide training, and conducted investigations. In his current role, Scott provides oversight of Ohio’s health and welfare system for individuals with developmental disabilities.
